5179 is an incredibly tacky black double sided foam tape. It is coated with a high performance pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive which is perfect for using in the glazing and window fitting trades. This double sided foam tape can be used internally or externally and will not fail if left in direct UV contact. Able to withstand 70oC, you can use this foam tape safe in the knowledge that you will always have a fantastic bond. In addition to being used in the glazing trades, 5179 can also be used in the automotive industry for it's spacer and sound dampener properties.
