Many years ago Tape Range made a decision to go ‘hi-tech’ in a bid to separate us from the competition. From listening to our customers we began to understand that ‘standard’ just wasn’t what good enough any more. That’s the point at which we invested in our very first piece of conversion equipment. A tape slitter. Very basic in construction this manual machine was our giant leap into the conversion world.
So popular was this decision, that soon after we began to invest in all kinds of conversion equipment and today we now offer a comprehensive range of conversion facilities. These are:
Slitting
Our fully automated and computerised log slitting machines enable us to slit adhesive tapes, films and papers down to any desired width.
Rotary Die Cutting
With several rotary die cutters we can produce bespoke shapes at incredibly high speeds, and with pin point accuracy. Provide us with a technical drawing and we will have a tool made for you.
Flat Bed Die Cutting
Our flat bed presses are ideal for stamping out sheets and bespoke shapes. The large flat bed enables us to convert product which would normally prove too long or wide to put through our rotary cutters.
Lamination 
An amazing piece of equipment, our lamination unit enables us to take two products and laminate them together. Provide us with your material and we can laminate an adhesive tape of your choice to it - up to a maximum width of 1600mm.
Rewinding
Our small but versatile rewind station allows us to rewind our tapes and films into short or longer length rolls. Not only that, you have the choice of a 25mm, 32mm or 75mm core ID. Perfect if you need small rolls for blister packs.
In Line Slitting
This facility is incorporated into our lamination unit. This means if you need two products laminating and slitting at the same time this can be done. Clever and extremely cost effective - this ensures waste is reduced to almost nothing.
