Shipping and Return

At tape2go.com we pride ourselves on offering quality self adhesive tapes, securely packaged and well presented.
We do however understand that on occasions, goods you have ordered, may not turn out to be exactly what you’re looking for. That’s where our shipping and returns policy comes in. Below are the details of our shipping and returns policy, which highlights our shipping terms and what we expect from you, in order that we deal with any return swiftly and efficiently:

Shipping
All deliveries under the net value of £75.00 are subject to a £7.00 net delivery charge, unless otherwise stipulated in the product description details.
Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 3.30pm ,will be delivered the next working day any time upto 5.00pm, except where otherwise stipulated. Orders received on Friday before 3.30pm will be delivered the following Monday. Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday where applicable. Where bank holidays fall on a Friday and/or Monday your order will be delivered on the next working day. A selection of our products are on extended lead times and these are highlighted on the website or via the sales office. Saturday and timed deliveries are available on request for an additional premium.

Returns
You (the customer) has the right to return goods any time up to 7 working days after date of receipt. On the understanding that: You (the customer) return the goods to us at your own cost, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Goods must be returned in their full pack or roll quantity. We cannot offer refunds where part packs or rolls are returned. Refunds will not be offered until the goods have arrived back on our premises in their original condition. A restocking charge will not be applied. We cannot offer a refund on bespoke goods which have been made to order.

Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event of you (the customer) receiving damaged or defective goods the following process will be required:

If damaged on delivery the goods must be signed for as “damaged”. If goods are signed for as being “unchecked” a refund or replacement will not be offered. If the goods appear to be faulty on usage you (the customer) will be required to send a sample of the product back to us at your own cost, for our evaluation. Should it be evident that a fault is present a replacement or refund will be offered. If we cannot determine the fault, the sample product will be sent on to the manufacturer for their evaluation.
Only when a report has been received back from the manufacturer will we confirm if a replacement or credit is applicable.
