Terms and Conditions

"Seller" means tape2go.com which is a trading name of Tape Range Distributors Ltd whose registered address is: Captain Clarke Road, Broadway Industrial Estate, Hyde, Cheshire. SK14 4QG

"Buyer" means the individual or company who accepts the Seller’s quotation for the sale of the Goods or whose Order for the Goods is accepted by the Seller.

"Goods" means the Goods / products which the Seller supplies in accordance with these Terms.

"Order" means the Buyer’s acceptance of the Seller’s Quotation by way of processing a web transaction or by way of physical purchase order by telephone, fax, or e-mail.

"Bespoke Products" means any products ordered by the Buyer which have been custom made to order in a specified material size and quantity.

"Quotation" means the price quoted on the website, or price given by written quotation to the Buyer for Goods provided by the Seller.

"Terms" means the standard terms of sale set out in this document including any special terms agreed in writing between the Seller and the Buyer. These Terms govern the sale of the Goods supplied by the Seller to the Buyer named on the order form provided on the Seller’s web site, and where the Goods are supplied as a result of the Buyer’s acceptance of the Quotation. The completed order form or Quotation together with the Terms constitute the entire and only agreement between the parties in relation to the sale of the Goods and comprises a legally binding contract between both parties

Price & payment :
When the Buyer places an Order via the Seller’s web site the price payable for the Goods will be set out on the web site, at the time the Seller places the Order and the total amount payable will be inclusive of VAT delivery and packaging.

Quotations supplied from the Seller to the Buyer are in the form of prices stated on the website or by way of written quotation directly to the Buyer.

The Seller reserves the right, by way of written notice to the Buyer, at any time before delivery, to vary the price of the Goods to reflect any increase/decrease in cost to the Seller which is due to any factor beyond the control of the Seller.

The Seller must receive payment for the total price of the Goods, before the Order can be dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing or in the circumstances where the Buyer has an agreed credit account facility.

If the Buyer has a credit account with the Seller, payment shall be made in full within 30 days from month end, from the original invoice date, except where special extended terms have been agreed in writing prior to purchase. The Seller has the right to revoke any credit facility if the Buyer fails to make payment by the due date.
The Buyer can choose to pay by credit or debit card, by company or personal cheque, by BACS or CHAPS, or via an agreed credit account facility.

Delivery and title
Delivery of the Goods shall be made by the Seller to the address of the Buyer as stipulated on the Order, or by the Buyer collecting the Goods at the Seller’s premises, at any time after the Seller has notified the Buyer that the Goods are ready for collection and after payment has been made in full. A signature indicating safe receipt of the Goods will be required on delivery or collection.

Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and the Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods nor shall the Seller be liable for any loss of business or production, resulting from late delivery.

If the Buyer fails to take delivery of the Goods the Sellers carrier will attempt to re-deliver the following day. Should the Buyer fail to take delivery on that occasion the Goods will be returned to the Seller, where the Goods will be held until the point at which the Buyer arranges collection. In the circumstances where Goods have been sent via Royal Mail, and they are unable to deliver, a card will be left in order for the Buyer to make collection from the appropriate Royal Mail sorting office.

On the infrequent occasions when the Seller is unable to supply the advertised Goods, due to unforeseeable stock or quality errors, a direct equivalent product will be submitted to the Buyer. The Seller guarantees the supply of these equivalent Goods, will be of the same specification, and will match or supersede the performance of the advertised Goods.

Title and risk of the Goods pass directly to the Buyer at the point of delivery / collection and signature, and when payment in full has been made to the Seller.

Orders placed Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next working day any time up to 5.00pm, except where otherwise stipulated. Orders received on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday where applicable. Where Bank Holidays fall on a Friday and/or Monday your order will be delivered on the next working day. A selection of products are on an extended lead time and these are highlighted on the website or via the sales office. Saturday and timed deliveries are available on request for an additional premium.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Ireland will incur an additional premium and will be subject to an extended lead time, all of which will be confirmed to the Buyer at the time of purchase.

Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses.

Liability
The Seller will not be liable for any loss of business, loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from any problem in relation to the Goods and shall have no liability to compensate the Buyer other than by way of refund for the Goods ordered if deemed necessary. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude the Seller’s liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation.
