Refunds & Returns

At Tape2go.com we pride ourselves on offering quality self adhesive tapes, which have been securely packaged and well presented.

We do however understand that on occasions, goods you have ordered, may not turn out to be exactly what you’re looking for. That’s where our Refunds & Returns policy comes in. We aim to deal with any return and refund efficiently and swiftly and we need your help to do that. Here's what we need from you and what you can expect from us:

Returns

You have the right to return goods any time up to 7 working days after date of receipt. This is on the understanding that you send goods back to us at your own cost, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Goods must be returned in their full pack or roll quantity. We cannot offer refunds where part packs or rolls are returned. Refunds will not be offered until the goods have arrived back on our premises in their original condition. A restocking charge will not be applied.

Refunds

A full refund, including carriage will be offered if you have returned the goods back to us in the condition as described above. If you have ordered the wrong size and we are able to accept this back into stock, we will refund for the full value of the product minus the original carriage charge. We cannot offer a refund on "Custom Orders" . Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event of you receiving damaged or defective goods the following process will be required:

If damaged on delivery the goods must be signed for as “damaged”. If goods are signed for as being “unchecked” a refund or replacement will not be offered. If the goods appear to be faulty on usage you will be required to send a sample of the product back to us at your own cost, for our evaluation. Should it be evident that a fault is present a replacement or refund will be offered. If we cannot determine the fault, the sample product will be sent on to the manufacturer for their evaluation.
Only when a report has been received back from the manufacturer will we confirm if a replacement or refund is applicable.
